Andy Burnham announces £48m partnership in bid to find dementia cure

Mayor Andy Burnham has unveiled a £48 million partnership between Greater Manchester and leading research organisations to accelerate the development of a cure for dementia. The funding will support collaborative trials and new therapeutic approaches over the next five years.
